A conversion and extension carried out in  2007 to an existing national school, into a fulltime commercial Créche involving the demolition of older prefabs and upgrading the building for thermal and the incorporation of all the HSE requirements  for the space and changing facilities for both staff and  toddlers, preschool and babies . An external play area and boat features were incorporating a boat mast outside in a shelter yard area. A full architecture service was provided for this, and  fire certificate, health and safety issues for the parking were dealt with.
