Involving a number of buildings the developer intended to insert a new pub into these two existing structures. on two very tight sites in the centre of Tullow the building was granted planning permission for ground floor with two seperate residents to above both commercial permission. The building was prepared to tender level while the rear area was demolished and the rear bar was removed. Unfortunately this site has not progressed to date.
