Conservation of existing farm complex carried out to convert a single room Gatelodge along with two- storey mud outbuilding for a retiring couple. The main farmhouse was also a protected structure,  and was to be incorporated in a farm transfer between generations. On a particular bad bend for road access, a successful planning application was granted, and the separation of the working farm was obtained by replacing the two storey outbuilding structure.  The existing gate lodge had later the extension removed and the links between new and old reinforced a private courtyard  separating out the private and the working areas of the farm.
