Successful planning achieved for an existing protected structure for reinhabiting of an existing farmhouse ( abandoned 20- 25 years ) and conversion of its outbuildings into a family house with a subsequent reapplication to add on a further dwelling for aging parents also granted. The schemes show in the 3D’s are possible designs for both applications.
